At Sawley Park, nature has helped shape the community. The design responds to the existing ridgeline, Tuart woodland and native bushland, preserving the character of this special pocket of Golden Bay.
Land has been ceded to the City of Rockingham for preservation, while approximately 6.2 hectares are identified as Regional Open Space to protect significant trees, Black Cockatoo habitat and a Conservation Category Wetland.
The retained bushland also provides habitat for a variety of native marsupials, including kangaroos and quendas.

Preparing for construction.
Sawley Park is moving towards an exciting milestone, with civil works anticipated to commence in December 2026.
We’ll share progress updates, photographs and key milestones here as work gets underway and our new Golden Bay community begins to take shape.
